Lillooet_Hillbilly
looks like a 90's model, not worth more than $100 now
Ossi Vaananen
I tried that bowflex treadclimber at the gym today, did it sarcastically at first but that sh*t works. I didn't think it'd get my heart rate up, but it's like running in the sand. Anyway, that looks like the bowflex 1 or Weider crossbow equivalent. I'd stay away from both, it'll just collect dust. Resistance training requires higher reps, as well as a person who knows how to get a pump from it. You plateau pretty quick off of those.
SterlingArcher
get a chin up bar and resistance bands instead.
Dittohead
These usually turn into an expensive coat rack.
Heretic
Buy Precor Gym instead - I tried the Bowflex and spoke with a Fitness Trainer and they recommended a weight machine over the Bowflex as the Bowflex isn't the same resistance all the way through your rep. I also have a treadmill and free weights and an older York gym. http://www.precor.com/en-ca/home/products/strength
