Drew1 Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 For all of you thinking he is a guaranteed rental . well I have seen plenty of times when teams want to sign who they think is a rental and the player likes it there and kypereos (sorry if i spelled it wrong) said kes might move to wing and hey if we can go far and he gets to play with great players , we might get him , sometimes a winning culture changes people. and Look at Higgins, hes been from team to team and now he wants to resign here. guys like juice and burr and kes are awesome guys and fun to be around. This whole team is fun so you never know , and if we move Lu then we can give him that money to roy . so many times a player needs a change of scenery and they blossom and love it there because its the right fit . people automatically thinks he is gone but if Roy can spark something , he could stay Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We trade Luongo for prospects/picks, buy out Ballard, AND buy out another player whose cap hit is over 4 million (unlikely) B. We don't re-sign Higgins, Raymond, Lapierre, Tanev who all leave (not happening) C. Drew1 Posted April 2, 2013 Author Share Posted April 2, 2013 Thanks guys we got to be positive and plus with the cap going down a team wont offer him 6 so maybe he takes a garrison contract plus mike gillis might not be done , people are saying we are still in on clowe so with 36 hours we could be revamped ! And yeah man like you said if he likes it here a canadian city and we can win we can offer him whatever another team does or really close, players now when they have it good .
