timberz21
Basically says: NYR announced that Duclair will play for Team Canada at the WJC in Montreal and Toronto. The 19 yrs old left winger played 18 games with the Rangers this season, with 1G and 6A.
timberz21
Good news for team canada, however takes away a winger spot for Virtanen. I know Duclair is a LW but I thought Bob McKenzie said he could be an option at RW ?

timberz21
I seriously could see Drouin. Tampa is winning without him and he's been a healthy scratch. Also Yzerman did it with Connolly before. But he stil has 11pts in 20 games with 13min TOI which isn't bad. With that said, I thought last year Drouin was trying too much. He was too fancy, trying to put on a show, rather than playing as a team. And I wonder how motivated he would be, for him more than Duclair, Horvat and Lazar, that would be a demotion, rather than an opportunity, being a 3rd overall and seeing MacKinnon lightyears ahead of him already. Domi-MacDavid-Duclair Lazar-Horvat-Reinhart Ritchie-Petan-Virtanen That would be a pretty neat to top 9, gold medal worthy, even without Drouin.
