  1. omg dude. Not deliberately shoots the puck out play. Deliberately MAKES CONTACT WITHT HE PUCK.
  2. yea the takedown doesn't mean much. Most of the time the player who gets the take down does it because he wants the fight to end. That might have been the case in this fight. Didn't seem like either player went for a take down though. They just slipped. No question Sestito won that fight.
  3. Sestito victory. What? Short fight but Sestito landed all the punches. At least one good one. Shook McCormick.
  4. I want every player in the league that is better than Schroeder.
  5. Zack Kassian is a bamf. Dose tatoos.
  6. It was more Kassian and Richardson, who have had exceptional chemistry in the past. Shawn Matthias was a worthy addition but no question Burrows is the better player and will make that line even better. Also, whether you agree with those statements or not, Shawn Matthias needs to centre a line because Henrik is injured. Dan Murphy just said JT said that we will probably be seeing the Matthias - Richardson - Kassian line reunited sometime during the game as well.
  7. This is it. Do or die. They only have room for one more loss, and it can't be this game. Anaheim twice, Colorado twice, and LA. Those aren't five winnable games. At least one of those will be dropped. Henrik, Burrows, and Tanev are out. Bieksa, Edler, Daniel, and Kesler look like they're being held together by duct tape, and barely. Eddie Lack has played 13 straight games. This team undoubtedly has very little left in the tank. It's going to take a heart and soul performance from the entire team if they want a chance at the post season. GO CANUCKS GO!
  8. I agree. What is disheartening is that the Canucks need a record of 8-1-0 or 7-0-2 for 92 points. ...so boned.
  9. Canucks really need to run the table if they want a chance I getting in. Really is too bad they couldn't have picked up a few more wins this season, it would have put them in the thick of it. The way she goes I guess.
  10. I'm not saying I'm happy Mike Smith is injured, and I'm not saying I hope he is out for the season, but yes, I am saying those things. #GoJets

  11. There are 10 players who have played significant games on the Leafs who have a higher percentage of starting in the offensive zone. Most of them are players that I suspect get "protected." McLaren, Orr, Reilly, Ashton, etc... What I take from the stats I've seen is that they aren't really telling of Phil Kessel's two way game. You'd have to watch to know, and I haven't watched a lot of the Leafs, because I'm not a bitch.
  12. Behind the Net says 43.7% ozone starts. Where do you find quantity stats on zone starts? 48.3 ozone finish
  13. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that may not be true... Are you talking about quantity or percentage?
  14. Is it just me or has Tom Sestito been really bad lately?... well, worse than usual...

He cost us one game by taking a stupid penalty against the caps, but that's it.

  15. Jensen it Naslund, Kassian is Bert. Who is BMO?... time will tell
  16. Sorry, did you miss the sarcasm or are you even more stupid than I thought? and you lost credibility when he brought up the percentage of CDC members who have played hockey, which you don't know, and really doesn't mean much. Peewee hockey isn't the same game as the NHL.
  17. Actually, he can most definitely pass. He never has anyone to play with, the only time he has was in 09-10 where he scored 25goals and registered 50assists. His wingers got 25 and 30 goals.
  18. Yes, perfect. Lets put Henrik on the fourth line wing too! He'd be the best 4th line winger in the league, bar none imho.
  19. If you believe that the centre is the most important factor in generating offence then it makes even more sense for Kesler to be at centre as that is where he can shut down the opposing team's top centre.
  20. No actually, pretty much 90% of this fanbase is on my side.
