    It wasn't surprising Allvin picked another Swedish player. Too small a sample set to evaluate how Willander will do. But it's interesting that he used to play forward before transitioning to defense.

    What is it with all the latest apologizing? Horvat clearly is a little bitter, and is entitled to his own personal opinion positive or negative. And the Dalai Lama apologizing for teasing people in an innocent and playful way.

    This was quite a week. Saw needles in front of a daycare, a man screaming in front of a library that no one cares about him, and a guy accelerated and cut me off in the parking lot nearly hitting me then giving me lip service. Are people on the edge these days?

    And what was also remarkable was that the so-called "Sedin Sisters" were so strong on the puck and rarely were knocked down.

    I don't know if it's old age, but I'm having a harder time keeping up with the Canucks roster and lineups. It seems so much simpler in past seasons.

    Kuzmenko is such a positive breath of fresh air in this otherwise disappointing season. Always smiling even though he is from the coldest city in the world...Yakutsk. Give the man more bananas, pepsi, and chocolates.

    I wasn't initially thrilled with Tocchet replacing Boudreau especially with his illegal gambling ring charges. But it appears he seems genuinely invested in creating a winning culture to our team. Time will tell.
