Very little story progression, all the returns were spoiled early so there were no surprises, only one decent match, Broken Matt and Revival both buried, legends did nothing of any real significance.

Basically nothing happened aside from the IC Title changing hands. Keep in mind that this thing was hyped for months, AND was the go-home Raw before the Royal Rumble.

Just for the sake of comparison, the last milestone Raw to be hyped up this much (Raw 1000) saw The Rock return and make his challenge for the WWE Championship, and the night ended with CM Punk turning heel, which shaped the main event scene from that point right up until WrestleMania.

I just don't know what else to be expected.  I'm sure they absolutely would have loved to have more legends come but I'm sure scheduling was the issues.  For example The Rock is always doing something, Edge filming, Nash hurt.
