he is shooting himself in the foot. to the team, he  is not ready to play. if going to uttica to work yourself back to the nhl isn't for him, then playing in the nhl isn't going to be either. if that is how he thinks, as horrible as that sounds, i say, let him go back to russia. there  is no I in team. 

@smithers joe there is an I in Potential  Trymak has all the tools this org must develop him, we are rebuilding, and JB's draft picks have been outstanding thus far. 

if he is another krutov, then he may never crack the line up. he may just be too heavy at 265. management want to do what's best for the player but also what's best for the team.  uttica would give him playing time to get his nhl playing level up to par.
