    It finally ceased!  Been getting at least 10 calls/day from CBV Collections over a zombie debt($20 Telus bill over 10 years ago), finally had to channel my inner lawyer and wrote them a scathing email.  #$%^ers.

      Yeah, I absolutely hate thieves.  I'm fine with helping addicted people as long as they don't steal to support their habit.  But the ones who do steal belong in prison until they're willing to behave like people.  Canada is far too soft on property crime.
