  1. I think if he makes it, the bottom six will look like:

    Higgins - Horvat - Virtanen

    Prust - Vey - Hansen

    Or more likely

    Higgins - Vey - Hansen

    Prust - Horvat - Virtanen

Where Dorsett can slot in For Prust, Virtanen or even one of Higgins/Hansen depending on what the situation is. It's more likely that Kenins needs to be involved in the lineup if anybody starts to push Hansen or Higgins into the press box. I feel like I would really want to pair Virtanen up with a prospect centre and a vet left-winger. I would expect a few combinations before the regular season starts.

This bottom 6 is going to be tough for Willie and his staff to piece together if guys like Grenier and Gaunce are also playing their way onto the team. I feel like they might be mid-season injury add-ins that stick like Kenins. I fully expect a trade either before or during the season with intention to give someone a chance. Hell I have not heard a lot about Shinkaruk, who knows what he might do after a summer's training.

It's too bad we can't be as excited about defence quite yet.

unfortunately no, Dorsett, Prust, and Horvat are the ONLY locks for a bottom six position with the team

my prediction? Higgins or Hansen will be traded to make room for Kenins ...

both could be shipped out if Virtanen makes the team...

Grenier will play top line minutes until the deadline...

Gaunce has another year in the AHL along with Shink...

Option A: our bottom six looks like this

(Kenins and Virtanen are both left behind)

    Higgins - Horvat - Hansen

    Prust - Friesen - Dorsett

    _____________________________________________________________________________________

    Option B:

(Higgins gets traded to make room for Kenins)

    Kenins - Horvat - Hansen

    Prust - Friesen - Dorsett

    _____________________________________________________________________________________

    Option C:

(both Higgins and Hansen get shipped out)

    Kenins - Horvat - Virtanen

    Prust - Friesen - Dorsett

There is an off chance that Higgins doesn't get moved but Hansen does and that would leave Kenins out of the mix and allowing Virtanen a position...

  2. I snuck those shot packets of JD into an Ozzfest some decade ago, and yeah, it tastes like utter s**t when warm. Downing one of the shot packets made me want to throw up, so the only choice was to mix it with cold soda.

yeah its wierd some beers are ok or even good warm, cariboo is a different beer when its cold forsure

  3. haha yeah, i was just about to say- I don't know who has his rights but it must be a WHL team since he's from Saints Diago. Saw people in another thread talking about non-Canadian players being able to choose which league they play in? e.g: Europeans choosing which import draft they enter..is this true?

its a chl import draft so im not sure, but maybe not..

  4. stomach virus led to dehydration led to me taking a header on the lip of my shower floor led to the emergency room for 7 hours of rehydration/neural testing/concussion protocols.

i thought you were in the hospital because of that thing on your fore head but then i realized its just a birthmark

  5. The reason i said CHL was because, as of now, he would be in the ECHL, behind Markstrome, Erricksson, Cannata. No point making him play in the ECHL when he could possible play 50+ games in the CHL

i agree with your point, although eriksson probably wont be here next season..

i'd say either stay in the NCAA for another year or go play for Plymouth
