    Not exactly, Last year, when the media said must win games they folded, this year has not had those games yet.

    I know you hate Benning but the leader gets the credit. There are also other scouts who would have recommended a different player. Benning chose who he listened to and gets the credit. That is how the world works. When I worked at Disney, I had to sign a contract that stated if I came up with an idea while working there and they used it, it was their idea. Everything you said is hearsay.

    But the one thing that you are missing from last year is that every time the media and fans said MUST WIN GAME the Canucks fell apart. Now with Bo gone and JT as coach, they are playing differently. The tension seems to have left the room and they seem to be having fun. They also seem to be playing for the logo on the front rather than the name.

    Why have you switched to OEL? I thought you were fighting the fine fight for hoarding all the draft picks?

    You only hear draft pick. You do not hear anything else. You think drafting top-5 means the world and there is nothing else that matters. There are other players to get in the draft that are higher than 5. As you said earlier, Zegras was drafted 1 before Podz so Zegras was at 9 where we may pick. Cool beans. I think he is a decent piece.

    How many times does that happen? Who was that Buffalo coach that played a losing hand by them and then got backlisted from the NHL? He was a pretty good coach too. Also, considering what happened with BB would you trust this management group with an agreement like that?

    I said people said but I do not know. So, I do not worry about it. Earlier I also posted that during the LA game, they said that LA rebuilt on the fly through timely UFA signings and trades while only 3 players were drafted. So, while the draft is important, it is not the only way to progress. However, I think you are just enjoying arguing at this point.

    Oh well. Be happy or sad or whatever you wish. It does not mean a thing to the team. The world will continue to spin and who knows what tomorrow will bring, World Peace or economic doom, we shall see.
