      1 beer should serve you just fine, im not kidding.

      1 beer actually hydrates better than a glass of water, but the results are diminishing.

      the alcohol slows the rate of the brain and nervous system, helping with pain.

       

      this is why doctors always say 1 drink a day is good for you, 1 beer a day is good for you
