An Italian girl who had French and Japanese parents. She was outstanding; not strange at all though.

Yes to alligator and snake, also donkey, wild Fugu, and a variety of ants and small (emphasis on small) worms. Like fried mealworm. When crispy they taste like corn nuts. Ate a scorpion once too, tasted pretty bogus.

Slaughtered a baby goat just this spring (think "veal") and the meat was beautiful. I was the only one who wanted the offal, and the highlight was a curry dish made with the liver.   

One day I would like to find the last of a species, kill and eat it.
