      Wow, Montreal and Ottawa just dismantled there teams, I'm pretty confident our boys can outscore their mistakes against those two teams.

      Mathematically, yes.  However, the Canucks have games in hand on most of the teams chasing them and head-to-head games against those closest to them in the standings.  So the Canucks are in control of their own destiny.  If they win, they will be in.
