    Thats pretty good since we still have a couple years of rebuild left. Have to appreciate Bennings ability to find talent in the draft. With future drafts and more unknowns that could arise as good players such as Rathbone, Candella, Brassard, Palmu you have to be excited.

     

    Excited we will most likely be picking at the top of the draft again. I see 2 big holes in our lineup. A top line LW/C and a top RD. Luckily one of those needs can be filled in the coming draft.

      Now find a way to fit them all under the cap once everyone is off of ELC's.  That's the trick.

       

      Is it weird that I'm excited the most over that goaltender tandem... lol

       

      I've been a Demko fanboy since day 1 and I was hoping that the Sabres were going to take Dipietro last draft.

      solving this cap.... well Bo will look like a steal when the cap is 80-82 mil in 3 years, Stecher and Jake will take a hometown discount, Gaunce should be pretty bargain since he won't be putting up much offence, DiPietro paid as a backup for the run.... its possible but my guess is someone in that top 9 won't be there due to salary....
