    I'm kind of glad for the break between games...really absorbing the Sedins' night.  Rewatching the ceremony now on SN.  When you're there and in the moment, it's a whirlwind so it's nice to go back and see every single little bit in a quiet atmosphere.  All the feels take time to process.

      In a country of 1.3B I don't think it really is hard to miss 20k deaths. Think about people who quarantined themselves at home (ex. elderly who don't live close to the hospital). If the virus is also deadlier than reported to those that have weakened immune systems... well..

    No game sevens in the first round this year.  I wonder how long it has been since that happened?

      Agree with you on both points there. Although there were no game 7s in the first round in 2001, 3 of 4 series in the second round went to game 7. Maybe it'll happen again - there are some close matchups

      Here to report my research :) 

       

      It has been 16 years. In 2001 there were two sweeps, and the other six series all ended in 6 games.

       

      2006 and 2007 both just had one first round series go to game 7. The norm since 2000 is 2-3 game 7s in the first round.
