I'm not sure it would actually be better for the Caps to keep Davies. Let's just say for example that Liverpool offered $5M for Davies that is a 1/4 of the Caps revenue from the past year. Obviously it would be nice to keep our up and coming talents but the MLS isn't the PL/La Liga/Bundesliga they can't offer the same type of money and exposure. Edit: this is all moot because Davies can't be transferred to Europe until he's 18.

This is life that most MLS fans with have to live with, develop the talent and then sell them to a European team. The MLS will never be able to compete with the PL in terms of wealth, for example the team that finishes last in the PL will earn a £100M just from the TV deal.

Dominated the 1st half, let them come back in the second. After Martials goal it looked like we were gonna put it to bed but couldn't finish, which we couldn't do all day. Overall it was a decent performance but this is the type of game we have to win if we want to challenge the top of the pack.
