I'm not gonna lie, I find this compelling because you were one of my stronger town reads and I feel like I can read you pretty well too.

This is why claiming early in the round is a bad idea. Maybe you talked about this already, but why did you make your claim when you did?

Aladeen's R1: - Not going to quote all of the posts, but Aladeen spends a lot of his time discussing TL and how he was playing with his scum meta. - Town lean on AV. (link) - Town lean on mau5, 50/50 on NIK. (link) - Scum leans on Porscha and maybe ilduce. Town leans on lucky, falc, and Ilunga. (link) I think I'm happy offing TL and seeing where that takes us. Vote TL

- NIK swoops in and votes SS shortly after this is posted and makes it a tie vote. Not sure what to make of this yet but I think it's worth noting. - Ilunga follows up and votes for Lew because he feels SS has contributed more. 4-3 Lew - DM does DM stuff and votes off-wagon for Lucky. Scummy behaviour but also not unheard of for DM regardless of faction. - Lew votes for SS out of self-preservation. 4-4. - Aladeen jumps off of Lew and onto TL. 4-3 SS. - SS follows Aladeen onto TL. - Porscha mentions he's not a fan of the SS wagon as he feels like "low hanging fruit". He ends up voting Lew. - J-23 votes SS without providing reasoning. 5-3 SS. - TL jumps onto the SS wagon. 6-3 SS. - Ilunga switches to TL because he doesn't like TL's entrance. Thoughts: - AV and mau5 parking their votes on SS and not coming back doesn't look great now, but it may just be unfortunate. - Lewitelli's posts leading up to nightfall feel pretty genuine to me. I'm not sold on this being a town/scum situation with SS. - Maybe it's because we're mind-melding but I like the cut of Porscha's jib at the moment. - TL/NIK makes sense as a scum pairing IMO. NIK's focus on Lew being the scum wagon in a town/scum situation, while completely ignoring TL, feels really off to me. - J23's pop in vote on SS without contributing anything looks bad in hindsight. - Probably a scum hiding off-wagon between ilduce and DM.

Okay more gut feelings. I'm fine with lucky/falc/Ilunga right now. All of them are giving me good vibes and at least appear to be solving the game.

Gut feeling before doing a deep dive is that TL is mafia.

Also, I suspect Aladeen was targeted for being the most vocal of the town, but it's worth going through his interactions to see if anyone may have felt threatened by his posts. (Mainly saying this to remind myself to do it later.)

This is silly and I'd expect you to know better. The main wagons could've easily been town/town in R1. If you want to dig deeper and try to show why it may have been town/scum, then please do. Otherwise this just feels scummy to me.

Sorry for missing nightfall yesterday. Too busy drinking on the beach. Only really taken a quick scroll through everything I missed yesterday and haven't dug in too deep yet. Sharpie did feel like a bit of an easy wagon to push for R1 given his weird style of play recently. I'll go back and look at the posts closer to nightfall and see if anyone comes off as eager to push Sharpie and possibly deflect off of another player.

I mean, he has done some of this already? And I wouldn't hold it against him if he hadn't since nothing has really happened yet. falcon always bugs me tonally but I don't see anything content-wise that worries me.

Something about falcon's posts is rubbing me the wrong way, but I feel like I say this every game regardless of his faction. Meh.

I like this Ilunga guy so far. Seems pretty levelheaded and reasonable. lucky's playing within his usual town meta so let's lump him in as safe for now too. Not exactly sure why, but both Aladeen and ilduce are giving me town vibes as well. Sharpie's acting weird but I'm not sure he's scummy. He was over-the-top aggro and super scummy as town in the last game we played together, and it almost feels like he's deliberately trying to fuck up meta reads on himself. unvote

Thanks everyone! And a big thank you to BJ for hosting such a great game. I definitely caught a lot of lucky breaks in this one, but hey, nice to finally snag an SK win. Oh yeah, I'm tentatively in for the next one.
