    Take care of business with the Sharks tomorrow to win the week and then they will be right back in the thick of things in the conference. Who would have thought a couple of weeks ago!

    Like I said many times, Pearson is just bad @ > $ 3million and yet they keep playing him instead of benching the guy with his lazy penalties and plays, pure awful.

    BB6 often injured and now playing his video games at home. He's too fragile, bad extension contract and now stuck with him for 3 more years. The rookie BB6 will never return.

    Of course, Pearson gets rewarded with ice time after his dumb penalty, c'mon Bruce! Let Kuzmenko, Podkolzin play man! As I said before, Pearson sucks along with his inflated $3million/yr.

    Dumb but a team had to take on Louie Erikson cap hit. I'd rather have OEL than Louie playing for similar $ annual cap hit.

    Pearson awful again. This guy kills good offensive chances, missing loose pucks and/or passes off the boards, out of position etc. We are stuck with him for 2 more seasons on the bad contract he signed in the old regime.

    I was never a fan of Pearson over the years and tonight showed why! After he signed that 3 yr contract from the old regime, I knew it was a mistake!

    Don't bother catching LA Kings now (way easier schedule). Now, just focus on catching Preds (harder schedule than all), Stars (seems to be falling apart), and Knights (luckiest of them all!)

    Following the Sedins model, they were awful in shootouts too as I recall.

    At this point, just focus on catching LA & Vegas NOT the wild card as the Preds & Stars seem to have solidified their positions there. Thanks Edmonton for helping a fellow Cdn team this afternoon.

    Bo, Petey, Boes just didn't show any urgency in their games! Floating around trying to do pretty passes all night and Petey's shot on goal in the 3rd just tried to slide it by the goalie instead of a hard shot, c'mon!

    As long as Petey shoots the puck, there can be success! Less pretty passing plays and more assertive skating plus power moves as well.

    Like I said before, as long as EP40 shoots the puck, things happen! Limit the pretty passing plays he's been doing and just shoot!

    EP40 not shooting the puck is a huge concern! In PP, he's only a backup option to Hughes and passed it back to Hughes right away, not creating anything. In OT, he was just looking to pass and almost gave it away. He has a nice shot so why not use it more often.

    Play how the Flames played against the Nucks on Sunday night when they had their back-to-back, relentless & tireless fore check and back checks.

    Petey, shoot the puck when in offensive zone! Get rebounds with your shot instead of low % passes.

    Agree, playing Halak will make the D play better too I think, especially against the Avs. I think Bruce is making a smart move as the percentages are against the Canucks anyways. Let's hope that they can 'steal' a win somehow.

    Canucks #21 jersey should not be given to any Swedish players from now and in future, seems to be jinxed! Hogs should go back to last year's number.
