Two names stand out on the roster:

1. Wacey Hamilton... was he injured during preseason? I think Canucks need to keep him on the active roster and put him on IR until he can be sent to AHL.

2. Thatcher Demko... They must be looking at him real hard and trying to decide if they should keep him and waive Nilsson, or send Demko down.

Hamilton to IR leaves 14 forwards. Is Roussel expected to go on IR as well? I thought he was cleared from concussion protocol? If Roussel goes on IR, then we have 13 forwards, 8 defence and 3 goalies.

Going to be an interesting 12 hours to see if trades are struck, or more vets get put on waivers. We never thought Gags would go down, could we conceivably see Eriksson go down? It would be my wildest dream come true...
