Their dissing of the Sedins on a radio-show bit, was just them piling onto the abuse that the eastern media was still levying during & after the 2011 play-off season. It revealed some immaturity of character & I suspect they harbour some regret about that still,…like “Juvenile Joe” Thornton does for taunting Hank in a captain’s centre-ice meeting with that ref in San Jose. Joe lost his captaincy, in part, over that and other foolish things & decisions that put a spotlight on his tainted-brand of locker-room leadership.
