    we should start every game with our toughest guys and beat any star player the opposition puts out as soon as the puck hits the ice.

    If I were torts, I would argue that it is hypocritical to suspend him. That's right, the very things that can get you suspended.....are the very same things that increase viewership and increase ratings.....ie) more money. I doubt it would work but it might generate a fine and no games type situation if you acompany it with some sincere regret......no harm no foul.

    I was saying to a friend in the summer that expectations this year are so low, that I wouldn't be surprised if this is the year we make it back to the finals.

      I have a hard time believing the Canucks will make the playoffs, let alone make it to the finals. Can they really beat Chicago, LA,San Jose, Anaheim or St. Louis in a 7 game series? Maybe St. Louis but they'd be beat up.

      I think they could push Chicago to 6 games but save for St. Louis, I'd be surprised if they lasted 5

    we're a way better team with only 4 guys on the ice. Scoring is down now because there is no where to skate anymore. Guys are so big with ten foot long sticks. Make the rink bigger or get rid of one skater.

    why is the ref picking up broken stick debris during play....answer....because the yotes had possession of the puck in the offensive zone.
