Good to know. IRL I've found the old adage of catching more flies with honey to be bull$&!#. It's difficult to be antagonistic without ruffling feathers yet you find out where peoples heads/hearts are at by bringing out the worst in them. Guys can b***h and moan all they want about money that isn't theirs. Fact is - Myers is a big addition to our defence. The D has been awful for years, adding Hughes, Myers and Benn is exactly the defensive overhaul that was needed. I have my doubts on Baumer's coaching ability though. A lot rests on his deployment and structure, of which I've never been a fan... It's really &^@#ing awesome Myers signed with the Canucks and not one of the other teams that would have paid the same or more for his services. I love the signing. Love it. Adding a legit TOP 4 dman without trading a buttload of assets.. How could a Canucks fan not love it? Bonus is he's a BC boy. We should be welcoming him home!

It's only my 2nd game. I was highly suspicious of him early last game because he's so overtly helpful and post heavy. He went deep last game and earned my trust, but it's a new game.
