    HockeyyInsiderr says that he heard form a VAN Canucks source that Luongo will be asked to waive NT clause in the next 48 hours-72 hours. He also said that he heard from a FLA Panthers source that Nucks are finalizing deal with Panthers. If he's right, can we take him out of the invalid list?

      Suspicious I'd say. Gillis has made it clear he will not ask players to waive their NTCs. If I had to guess, I'd say AVs 'misspeaking' about Luongo requesting to be moved is likely closer to the truth. In fact, one can argue that by agreeing to be moved 'if it is best for the team' means he already has essentially waived his NTC.
