JayStatus Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 omg i cant believe i even read this. but thats your opinion.. you got nazzy syndrome; that is when you look at all the bad things done, and completely ignore all the good things the player does. burrows is my favorite player and if you have ever played gritty in a hockey game you would appreciate gritty players. Gritty players work so hard, finish checks, drive to the net, they never give up on the play/puck. Burrows is also a steal of a deal. falcon Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 I know allot of people are going to scorch me for this but I fail to see the reason why nobody questions his ability to play in the nhl.....He can't score and i'm tired of kesler carrying this guy on his back night after night, I'm tired of him losing the puck...IMOP he's an embarrassment to the team. I'm glad this got bumped, as it should, and will again, by me if needed. I laughed so hard at the OP's argument that my eyes watered. Thanks OP, I needed that. Still smilin'... I hope that OP finally figured out what the team and most fans have known for a while. Bookmarked this for down the road when Burr has yet another good night. And thanks again clutch, I needed this. And I'll add that Burr cutting down on the scrappy minors in favour of points is a good mature move. I think he's cut back too far on the agitation though, it used to be good for regularly drawing minors from the other guys, now only occassionally. I'm laughing again... i can't stop... help Edit: had to correct some spelling mistakes beause of the laughing. And then he stopped posting because he was getting owned left right and centre, but he still comes into CDC... "last seen on Nov. 17th". I kind of feel bad for him after seeing the comments on his profile... so mean. But then I read this thread again haha.
