I've never seen a window or door open from the main house. There's an extra two vents cut into the soffit at the front of the house, and it's discoloured around them, which is weird because these houses were just completed in the spring. It's VERY clear that there is dealing going on out of the basement, and yes, I smell it all the time, but that's just because they smoke copius amounts. Not really too sure what to do actually.
