Kalamazoo is closer to Chicago than Victoria was from Winnipeg, so they won't be too far away if they're to be called up again. I just wonder why they didn't send them down earlier to get some action in the ECHL pre-season.

But I agree... "We're sendin' you to Kalamazoo, son" just sounds like you got sentenced to exile! laugh.gif

Wolves lost 3:2 tonight in a shootout.

Wolves Goals:

1:1 - Matt Clackson (1) Assists: (Tim Miller, Antoine Roussel)

2:2 - Victor Oreskovich (1) Assist: (Sebestian Erixon)

Shootout:

Sebastian Erixon - N

Kevin Doell - N

Darren Haydar - G

Jordan Schroeder - G

Notes:

  • Mark Mancari led the team with five shots on goal, followed by Darren Haydar who had three.
  • Eddie Lack stopped 21 of 23 shots during regulation and overtime, but allowed four goals on five attempts in the shootout.

Don't think it is going to happen... The hogs are strong this year... the wolves roster on the other hand is looking thin. You best hope there isn't a rash of injuries with the "big" club.. Hogs winning over the Wolves and mr simple not getting any enjoyment.... a wonderful day indeed.

0:2 Kevin Connauton (1) Assists: (Darren Haydar, Jordan Schroeder) PP

Game Notes:

  • Lack stopped all 35 shots he faced for the shutout.
  • Kevin Connauton led the team with five shots on goal, followed by Victor Oreskovich who had 4 shots.
  • Next game will be tomorrow against Rockford.
