Darkstar Posted September 26, 2011 Share Posted September 26, 2011 Was picturing it like: Vanek - Roy - Pominville Gerbe - Leino - Stafford Ennis - Boyes - Adam Hecht - Gaustad - Dumont McCormick, Kaleta Doubt they have the depth to carry 8 defenseman with Morrisonn down, and would have 2 extra forwards. In my opinion, Dumont is better than Kaleta and then McCormick could sub in when they need more energy and J.P. can move up if he plays well/they're playing a team like Detroit. Besides, weren't Dumont and Hecht linemates when Hecht had 52 points in 64 games and J.P. had 53 points in 77 games? Considering they'd be back together on the FOURTH line, that would be some crazy depth. I think they played well in the playoffs together, too, the year after the lockout? It would be sick to have four scoring lines though. Vanek-Roy-Pominville Ennis-Leino-Stafford Gerbe-Gaustad-Boyes Adam-Hecht-Dumont Gerbe and Gaustad have had great chemistry together so they likely won't be split up.
