CanucksxDream
Great news to hear, although for safety reasons I wont rush him unless he is really 100%

thehamburglar
I do want him back soon here. I also want Ballard back. We'll be a dangerous team with them back.
elvis15
i can tell you right now, this isnt gonna happen..... 2-3 days CONFIRMED skating by himself 2-3 days skating with the team 2-3 days being involved in contact in practice if he can pass all this then he should be back around game 4 or
canucks3322
I'm still skeptical. Last night after the game, AV said he was preparing based on who is healthy and Daniel isn't healthy right now. I think it sounds like he is going to miss the start of the series.
Hyzer
I think he's ready. AV likes being all hush hush about injuries and such. Expecting to hear the name "Daniel Sedin" from the announcer.
Hockey Coach12
The concussion protocol can take as little as a week. You're suggesting at least 6 days (but more likely 7-8) just with progress from skating to playing after the time he's already had off, when it could be less when he feels confident and healthy enough to do so. Fitness isn't a question, so as long as he feels comfortable at each stage without symptoms (or if he becomes Toews and has symptoms but clears protocol, what's up with that?) he can move to the next. No guarantees he does so, but there's certainly a chance it's sooner if all goes well.

Edler's Mind Tricks
I don't want him to come back.. Seeing what happened to Crosby really scared me! We can take LA without you for a couple of games.... Rest up Danny! Go Canucks.

themcdeal
no way is he ready to play yet. Team has to be very cautious approaching this situation.

deized_kanuck604
Has he even been cleared for Contact? Why are they always so hush hush? Even Pits management gave more info about Sindey Crosby than we are about Daniel.
Brambojoe
He's either ok to take a hit or he is not, probably he's ok and will prove it in the next couple of practices. That said I'd rather seem him in game #2. Game #1 won't need the energy generated by his return but game #2 very well might.
