He's still great at keeping the puck along the boards, but his push-off strength is no longer there with any consistency because of age and his nagging groin issues. Nevertheless, he's likely after a raise. Islanders could nab him for a Parenteau replacement. Then he'll have Tavares instead of Giroux. Smart. Cheers.
