avelanch Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 whatever you do don't get the cheap one from superstore (it's in a green bordered cardboard box). it tastes like cold death; worst smoked salmon I ever tried. I'd go with one of the wooden box ones. if they are willing to spend more of the packaging, odds are good the quality of the product inside will be high.
