86Viking
Weber hasnt played much in montreal this year. He isnt a huge defenseman just under 6 foot, but he is a right handed shot. Not sure what it would take to get him if its a pick, or maybe a prospect like Sauve I know we have a few spare d men: Alberts, Barker and Vandermeer. Dont see montreal being interested in any of them. But maybe we could send alberts to a team like the rangers or stars or ottawa looking for a depth blue liners, which would free a spot for Weber. He posted decent numbers in juniors, and had 21pts in 32gp in the swiss league. Thoughts on acquiring him as a rhd? Dont think we would have to give up much, which is why im suggesting him over other rhd
Xbox
I say its a good idea as well. Give him a try on the 3rd pairing maybe? He has played F a few times so he is pretty versatile. I say it would cost a 4th or 5th and maybe an AHL contract back
EmployeeoftheMonth
Extremely unreliable and not a very responsible player. Worth a shot but I wouldn't give up a player to get him.

86Viking
oh ya i wouldnt offer up much for him. Think montreal would be happy o get something for him a pick 4th-7th. Diaz has leaped past him bigtime this year. I think he could be a serviceable bottom pairing d man. Especially if Tanev can grow and fill in a top 4 role. Although that is alot to ask him to do. Just having another depth rhd is something we could really use. having only 2 isnt enough especially when one is out of the line up like bieksa. mrsasaki
You could snag him for a low pick, he has definatley fallen out of the picture in Montreal Subban - Gorges Markov - Diaz Emelin - Kaberle Boullion Once Markov Kaberle and Boullion leave, they've got great prospects in Nathan Beaulieu and Jared Tinordi. palindrom
As a Montreal fan, my asking price is a 3th, negotiable. What about Grenier for Webber?
