Mike Vanderhoek
No matter how these " lists " come to fruition in real life, I am projecting New Jersey is gonna be looking at two - three years before we really see who we picked in this draft lol. Buddhas Hand
I can answer that one i think, first of all, once you see a player is waived in the thread, you send Canuck2xtreme a private message on the boards here telling him you want to claim the player, you have 24 hours to do so from the moment the post waiving him is posted. As for the budgets: like the NHL teams do we have an offseason 'bloat' to allow GM's to acquire guys, move guys out, shuffle things around and get their team in order during the offseason where the strict budgetary guidelines don't constrain us. BUT you have to be in full compliance by the time hockey is back on and I am sure there are other rules that C2X can enlighten us on later. Most people waiving guys yesterday was to buy them out today as its a deadline thing... Hope that helped quickly and the league officials can clarify the details later. Thanks Mate That is very informative , wish that I knew this 2 days ago.
Buddhas Hand
Same here. Horvat is falling everywhere. I think Horvat was a fantastic pick mate , he is going to be a really good player with leadership qualities.

y0shi
Tampa Draft History 2010: 13th overall, Jack Campbell, traded with Andy Sutton for 2012 15, 32, and 79 picks and Robert Mayer 2011: 13th overall, Tomas Jurco 2012: 5 Overall, Mikhail Grigorenko, 25 Sebastian Collberg (traded for 2013 23rd overall Hertl), 28 Pontus Aberg, 41 Jordan Schmaltz, 64 Matia Marcantuoni 76 Max Iafrate 2013: 23 Madison Bowey, 29 Justin Bailey, 33 Samuel Morin, 73 Chris Tierney Overall, only Mikhail Grigorenko has suited up for us so far. Safe to say, while the players Tampa has picked usually have high ceilings, much work needs to be done in the development side in order to make these players reach their potential. I'm expecting most of my guys I picked to be 2nd rounders come draft day. If I end up with 1 top-20 or 2 1st rounders, I'll be really happy.
