Lockhart
I don't see why NJ traded for Schneider. This is probably Marty's last year so why trade for Schneids instead of sign a decent UFA backup. Schneider will most likely only have one year of being a starter before being a UFA unless he re-signs next summer. NJ isn't a playoff team so what difference does it make? Might as well just get an average goalie and do a full rebuild since they aren't going to make the playoffs anyway.
NUCKS4CUP 28
People are actually suggesting Schneider is better than Brodeur? Oh lordy.
Riviera82
Brodeur is one season removed from a trip to finals, and one of the greatest goalies of all time, yet he's gonna get bumped by Schneider? Lou already said himself Brodeur is the starter. Schneider will back him up until he's ready to retire, which will probably be after this next season. Then Schnieder will take over for one year until he's a UFA. Risky move for the Devils if Schneider decides to test free agency.

DeNiro
If you compared them RIGHT NOW then Schneider is miles ahead of him seeing that Brodeur is playing at the end of his spectacular career.
