Never been caught yet and if I do I'll glady pay the fine, no biggie. There's only one button on my phone and I use S-Voice to dial. Never do I take my eyes off the road so whats the flipping problem?? Pretty soon they'll ban radio's in cars for the same reason, then you wont be able to drive with any passengers because they also distract you while driving(so the man says).
