At this point in time, I'd like to do rosters for a couple seasons - if it turns out good, maybe I will do a fantasy after a good amount of seasons are completed. More importantly - ones who are able to manage a team and not dismantle it. We want to make sure whoever gets hired doesn't destroy the team and leaves, making it much harder for the next guy. Luckily, there is a solid core group of guys that will be apart of this league, but there is still many vacant spots and we need to make sure we hire the right guys.
