[Proposal] Van-TB

Recommended Posts

To TB

5th OA

Granlund

To Vancouver

Drouin

2nd

TB may still be under pressure to move Drouin, but he's proven to be able to score at this level and is living up to the hype  If Tkachuk is gone, this is our best chance of getting a legit 1st liner.

Dubois has plenty of potential to be a first liner. Keep the pick, Tampa's going to want A LOT now that Drouin is proven. Plus, Benning isn't going to trade a guy he just got.

Dubois has massive bust potential.  Drouin is a sure thing and is further in his development.

Any pick at this stage has massive bust potential. Don't get wrong, I'd love to get Drouin, I just think Tampa's going to overvalue him. They were overvaluing him before he showed how good he was, what'll it be like now? If Benning could pull off this deal, I'd be elated, but I'd think we'd have to add more to the table.

Who said he has massive bust potential? Also agreeing with @19Nazzy91 every pick has bust potential. Also the trade id rather keep 2 prospects then 1 guy who has had 1 good playoff run. Also that 2nd is gonna be either 27/29/30 so no thanks.

Lol No.

After this post season I don't think Drouin is getting traded.

Granlund and 5th is not enough.

Canuck would have to add a 2nd round draft pick.

Do we have any 2nd rounds left in the next 20 years?

I'd add ours next year.  We'll get the Torts pick as compensation.

To TB

5th OA

Granlund

CBJ 2nd round pick

To Vancouver

Drouin

2nd Round Pick

TB still says no......

They would want a 1st Round Pick, NHL ready prospect and a High end Prospect for Drouin I would think.

Take into account he requested a trade and still might want to be moved.  I don't need the 2nd back, just Drouin.

Change Granlund for Virtanen or Horvat and then Tampa says yes......
