Tampa has several young forwards (Palat, Johnson, Drouin) to re-sign and only $20 million to re-sign all 3 and fill out the rest of their roster.  Yzerman also knows they need a right-side top-4 D-man, and Callahan is eating up an expansion protection spot which would be needed to protect guys (and cap space to sign their other young guns).  With all these factors I doubt Jim would be so ignorant as to include our 5th when he has more to offer in this deal (cap space to take on dead weight, and the assets traded are likely mutually beneficial). 

Tanev plus a lower pick for Drouin and Callahan could work IMO.  Doubt we need to give Sven AND the 5th on top of that since most people recognize Tanev's value (despite his lower point totals, he's one of the best defensive D-men out there).
