The team has been operating for quite awhile without a President so give the job to Benning complete with existing responsibilities

President is a title only Vice President Wiesbrod too.:gocan:

No Firing Needed;)

How about that?

Naahhhh.

Ive been a big Benning supporter, up until now.
His early failures have taken over.
Those mixed with with a piss poor off season have created a garbage team.

Then you have the complete disaster situations that are work effort, motivation and heart.
Those all fall on coaching and leadership.

WTF is going on here?

They lost the team.  They all need to go.
Why would you promote someone for complete incompetence, when you could fire them and replace them with someone better for the role?

What does the President do now? Hint, there isn't one and he does nothing.

So a promotion moves him out of the GM position and into the ?

President Benning and Vice president Weisbrod with exactly the same responsibilities as today's President and Vice President

They don't have a president or vice pres and there is nothing in that job description, promoting them to do nothing.
