I just love how Bolt loves the cameras and the attention. He soaks it up. The guy was born for this. He has sprinting DNA just the same way as Roger Federer has tennis DNA and Michael Phelps has swimming DNA.

Every kid in Jamaica will aspire to be what Bolt is. Whether or not they get there, hopefully their efforts will lead them out of poverty and into a better life.

Definitely a huge day for Canada highlighted by the soccer semi versus the US. Hopefully we can pull off the upset :towel: . Equestrian team jumping final is tomorrow - Canada is in sixth place I believe. And there are two Canadian boxers in the quarter-finals tomorrow, both with tough opponents. Kean is up against a top-3 boxer and so is Spencer. Canoe/Kayak also starts tomorrow with heats and semi-finals.
