Last 10 years at 11th overall

2003 - Jeff Carter (PHI)

2004 - Lauri Tukonen (LAK)

2005 - Anze Kopitar (LAK)

2006 - Jon Bernier (LAK)

2007 - Brandon Sutter (CAR)

2008 - Kyle Beach (CHI)

2009 - Ryan Ellis (NSH)

2010 - Jack Campbell (DAL)

2011 - Duncan Siemens (COL)

2012 - Filip Forsberg (WSH)

Seems like the general consensus the last 4 years has been a top class prospect. Nice to see that there's only been 2 busts (Tukonen and Beach). Sadly, only Kopitar and Carter have turned out to be top line type players.

Based off past 11th overall picks, as well as junior numbers, here's my prediction for my career:

Mike Shamrock becomes a top 4 puck moving defenceman, with a career high of goals at 15 and points at 45, though mostly hovering around 10-30-40. Reliable in his own end, but not the one carrying the team's defensive load.

Player comparable: Marc-Andre Bergeron with more defensive and offensive ability.

Montreal, Quebec - The Canadiens first round draft pick BorkBork BorkIkea was spotted after meeting the Montreal coaching staff. He was in the bar "Le Oui, Drinks Oui", hitting on many french women in his drunken state. Including one female reporter for this newspaper.

He opened up with "Belles jambes ma dame" (Nice legs my lady) which he slurred. Our reporter denied his advances, but he was persistent.

"Voulez-vous sexy dance sous les draps?" (Would you like to sexy dance under the sheets?) was the budding hockey star's last line before he passed out, and had to be taken to the hospital for concussion like symptoms.
