So in the year that Mcdavid is up for RFA, the Canucks could offer sheet Mcdavid for 20% of the cap if we make the space. Ok what's the issue. Just drinking Miller lite. No player can take up more then 20% of the cap so if we offer 20%, Oilers have to match 20%. If they don't have 20%, we get Mcdavid.
