He was just signed to a two year extension with the rest of the Swiss coaching staff - it was announced at the start of the tournament. The system is a bit different where the coaches only work for the Swiss federation during their tenure. He is also assistant coach of the men's team. I have a bad feeling Makar ends up as the seventh defenceman again since it would be hard to change the other pairings when things have been going well.
