    with 1 more win Vancouver will vault into 15th in the league good for the 15th draft pick....with 2 more wins...ugghhh....while I desperately want this team to win I also do not want to see them limp into the playoffs battered beaten and completely outworked by either St Louis, Anaheim or Chicago. we have a shot at a potential top 6 C or RW if we don't win via draft, or a chance at having our butts handed to us again in the 1st round...

      Actually even with Devil's none pick, we are currently picking 10th overall.

      We won't be playing Chicago or St. Louis in the first round because the playoff format changed this year. First round is against your own division so if we make it as the wild card in ours, we play either Anaheim or San Jose and quite frankly, I much rather face Anaheim. We can't seem to beat San Jose again

      First round is against your own division if you're the 2-3 seed. Higher #1 seed plays the lowest wild card, lower #1 seed plays the higher wild card.
