The roads are a mess today so stay home if you can. On my commute from White Rock to Analwhiff Island I saw 5 vehicles in the ditch. I also smoked the median twice trying to brake at the lights luckily theres no damage.

When I first started my job 5 years ago I'd answer around a 25. However now it's plummented to about a 10. The commute is ok, 20 min drive, policies are good on paper but is never followed. They always preach about safety until month end when everything has to go out the door. Been called alot of slurs that can't be repeated here. Racism is pretty rampant here, or atleast reverse racism. I don't feel part of a 'family' here and wouldn't recommend this job to a friend anymore. Totally considering taking a leave of absence. The stress is really starting to take it's toll on my personal life. When you get made fun of at work, even the harmless burn can seem like a fatal blow, sometimes you take that home with you. However they just hired another person for my position so they could easily turn into my replacement. It's a good paying job for the lack of education required but at this point maybe a less paying, less stressful job might better for myself.
