To my knowledge, Wayfair has their own inventory and warehouses across the United States and possibly Canada. The fact that they sent you the same pieces as a replacement is baffling. I work at a similar company who is their competitor actually, and while we don't have a warehouse of our own, depending on the situation, we'd get the manufacturer to ship out the parts needed, or I would have the manufacturer ship out a whole new item.

These instances happen every now and then but it's an online furniture company. These scenarios and damages are bound to happen.

@Apple Juice I agree that it happening once is a byproduct of the business. But twice? That's just incompetence. 

I have a short position on them. Seen photos of truckloads of returns. They're yet to be profitable and trading at 2x earnings.
