    I'm taking Horvat over Monahan any day of the week, regular season or playoffs. Monahan probably more skilled but 0 work ethic. Please stay away from players like Monahan that have 0 heart. Some of the worst playoff performances I've seen from a "1st line center" in a long time. He's literally Messier'd the Flames this playoffs.

      I agree.  However Messier won 6 cups, 2 without Gretzky and one where he was the true leader of his team.  He literally pulled a Babe Ruth in game 6 of the semi final in 1994 and scored a hat trick, so the whole Messier’d thing is not really relevant here.  Messier was dominant in the playoffs.  Messier with the Canucks at 36 years old isn’t comparable to Monahan in his prime with Calgary.

      Honestly never liked Monahan, for me he's one of the most overrated players.
