    Basic stuff, not really systems explained but better than the idiots always complaining "our systems suck, we need better systems" Our PK - passive inverted T structure to keep them to the outside and force shots from the outside. It is not working. go Back to the Box and like you said block shots. That mean forwards have to laydown and block the odd shot
