we have 2nd most cap space, only ottawa has more, we need to spend and buy a very good def, and so far another one is traded and gone, JB need to open his wallet

i guess JB not gonna make a splash this draft, and i doubt he will use any of our salary cap to buy someone to make canucks better, so were he gonna use all that extra cap space on? only one other team has more which is ottawa

and canucks didnt offer something similar? subban woulda been perfect for the canucks ;( again JB failed ..he tried in 2016 t get em, and he didnt bother trying now ....

canucks have so much salary cap, why arent they trying to find that perfect def or forwards? subban already traded ....very confused why we not trading for someone, our def sucks so bad, already proven last year soon anyone good will be traded

Pod can play NOW, but cause he has a contract wit KHL and from what people have said they dont break contracts sooner so ya we have to wait a year or two, but this guy can play now, we just gotta wait

id rather have lucic ( like his rough hard nose style ) which is something we need. Plus i hate lou so much ill take that trade, atleast lucic has a mean streak and can help smarten up some players who take advantage of petey and our other smaller players ( hughes etc ) Plus lucic is a BC boy, bring him home so he can retire in BC

i have a feeling JB will try hard to move up, since JB in his interview has said theres one they want, but would require them to move up...but guess we find out, it is in Vancouver, so JB will try hard to get best player , even if it means moving up and trading some loose fat on our roster

im done with the caps, Tuesday when the transfer window ends, and caps arent adding anyone new, even with reyna going down for a month, while looking at the transactions of other clubs, they all adding more players and some are actually gonna make them better, but of coarse caps do crap all ....i really hope fans stop going to the games...i really do Frustrates me more if fans keep supporting the team that barely beat the other crappy team dallas, and everyone knows caps have scoring issues, but they rather do nothing to improve that, and keep looking like they should be relegated to a lower tier league

6 starters were not in the game for philly.....so really if they all played, im sure woulda been another loss to the caps, and it wasnt that great of a game.....i dunno, i guess all i can do is whine in this thread till ownership actually cleans house and buys a finisher

Well not up to any of us to decide to trade jake or not lol, if JB wants to trade him, than i trust his decision, and if its for zucker, id totally love the idea . Guess time will tell what JB decides to do/get, but he will be adding some pieces to the puzzle this offseason and others will be packing it up and going elsewere

im just glad whitecaps are canceling there season tickets , nash does need to wake up and fix this problem, true or not ..or there wont be any fans left, and to be frank, if we lose the whitecaps organization, i wont lose sleep . I want JB to trade up, so we can acquire D. Cozens , hes played amazing on team canada this past week ....he has so much potential, and since we cant get kakko or j hughes , cozens is the next best thing for what vancouver, would need

If Binnington has a great playoff , his chances will be very good ....its gonna be tough, he played amazing, and with EP not scoring much in the 2nd half, will hurt him alittle....guess we will just have to find out....eitherway, both are great choices

I dont even watch the whitecaps no more, they 0-4-1 and cant seem to score goals.....kinda a joke untill they get rid bob and the rest, not worth the time or money. But i did watch fridays game, just cause of zlatan and he classy guy, giving that one fan a signature, even though he entered the pitch illegally lol
