Draft Combine schedule...I thought there would be more talk out there, but TSN and SportsNet have no coverage at all yet...

Agreed! Playing with an offensive player like Valk will be great for Jake's confidence and development.

I loved listening to McGuire ranting about Gaudette's attacking style, between him, Boeser, Dahlen, Goldobin, Virtanen (if and when he gets the pro game figured out) we have a very bright looking future. If we manage to draft someone like Owen Tippett then we'll be stacked with speedy offensive attacking players and will be a nightmare for other teams to defend against. That's not to mention lesser prospects like Stukel, McKenzie and Lockwood who have shown good instincts as well...

In all fairness his consistency had been excellent when Bachman has been either injured or called up. It's when he's not getting the majority of the ice time that he's 'struggled' and even then he hasn't been bad at all for a first year pro...he's not the same style of goalie as Schneider, plays a lot more like Quick but it's hard not to want to compare the two Boston College alumni....either way he's defiantly got great potential and I don't think it's a stretch to envision him as a future Vezina candidate...

Can't wait to see him set-up like that in a Canucks uniform! He's got one hell of a shot...

Fingers crossed I am hoping that Benning drafts one of Casey Mittlestadt, Gabriel Vilardi or Elias Petterson. Of course Nolan Patrick would be acceptable too except we all know Vancouver won't win the lottery. Their chances of winning are probably about on par with me winning Lotto Max!
