Totally forgot about CO. Does Courtnall’s 3 years qualify as enough term to be a 4th?

Someone else suggested 14 which when retired for EP upcoming career, could represent 2 great players for Canucks

Hope we see first season Ben this camp.

From my 60 year old perspective , JB seems to have “character” near the top of his check list when drafting players

I’m old enough to have watched the GM for Florida Panthers play for the Canucks. I remember the twins early on. Takes some guts to do this

That was the extent of your post. I gave a rebuttal. I didn’t just post some “guys”, most are legends. Maybe you should look some of them up. You might learn something.

Actually I don’t mind that. When it’s hanging in the rafters one day, it will represent two great players. I’ll still keep my Burrows jersey though

Apologies for derailing this thread , any reports on when we’ll see EP in town? Swedish article mentioned Monday?

Yeah, where’s Jack?

Has there ever been another NHL player who warms up like this?

Surprised you couldn’t get CHEK or BCTV at the very least. Fond memories of golfing Cedar Hill. Good friend from school I think was the pro there for some time, David Gerard. My brother worked as a greens keeper at Mt Doug for a while in the late 70’s. Lived up high Quadra area where Beckwith park is now. -

Growing up in Saanich, we actually got about 6-7 channels. CHEK, CBUT(CBC), CHAN precursor to BCTV, couple out of Bellingham KVOS and KSTW?. You could also pick up Seattle stations for the most part. Cable came to Victoria in early 60’s but we didn’t get cable until 1968 or 69. This was with a roof antenna. What do kids know though ? We thought it was pretty good at the time . I was probably underestimating size of tv screen though, probably more like 19”, have memories of Orr and all the other greats from the original 6 -
Well, that’s two minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Stopped watching with 35 seconds left

Apparently this is how EP warms up before games
